Once a user begins utilizing any AI tools, credits, or platform features, the subscription becomes non-refundable. This is because credits, API usage, and AI engine processing are consumed immediately.
2. Monthly Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. However, users may cancel anytime to avoid future subscription renewal charges.
3. Yearly Subscription Refunds
Users who purchased yearly plans may request refunds for unused months.
